Cousin Beauregard Maverick (Roger Moore) -- Beau -- returns to the United States after five years exiled to England by Pappy for earning a medal in the United States Civil War. Bret convinces Beau to take a job impersonating the son of a wealthy man, but Beau does that job so well that Bret soon has to rescue him from from kidnapers.
