Voir Professor Balthazar, Season 2 - Episode 11

Dryville has been without rain for five months. Daniel the Cloud,whose duty it is to supply Dryville with rain, has left on his annual vacation. All attemps to find have been in vain. The situation is indeed dry. Then a delegation of citizens seek out Professor Balthazar . He tries to think of a solution to the catastrophe and comes up with a radar cloud-tracker. The hunt is on. He finds Daniel over England and, trying him to his helicopter, returns him to Dryville. From time to time, Professor Balthazar sends Daniel a book for his entertainment. Sometimes the books are so funny they bring Daniel to tears. Then Dryville has another problem on its hands-floods!
