The circus has come to Cogville and Figaro couldn't be more excited. But a series of terrible accidents lands our hero in a wheelchair and unable to see the show. What's worse, next time Figaro checks, the circus has moved on! A sad and housebound Figaro takes up a new pasttime in order to combat boredom, through his telescope he spies on the people of Cogville. Figaro sees all this covert surveillance as a bit of harmless fun... That is until he starts to see all sorts of suspicious activity. Much to his surprise, Rivet seems to be part of the mysterious goings on. And so, injured or not, our hero decides to investigate!
