Jeff's Canadian investor, Justine, flies in to collect her monthly payment and prods Jeff to crack down on his slacking stylists. Justine also shares plans to open a Bikini Barbers in Miami. Jeff attempts to evade a credit card collection agent and arm wrestles a female bodybuilder after her haircut. Tension with Ariana continues to escalate after Jeff yells at her for wearing a hoody over her bikini.
