There, they run into Rinto, who defeated Ash in an earlier bout and has since moved up into the Great Class. Ash challenges Rinto to an official battle: a rematch between Farfetch’d and Gallade! Farfetch’d has a shaky start, but Ash prompts it to remember the training they received from Wikstrom. After embracing a new strategy, Farfetch’d evolves into Sirfetch’d, then defeats Gallade—and Ash’s World Coronation Series ranking shoots up to 184!
