When musicians Michelle Branch (herself) and Jessica Harp (herself) from the band The Wreckers perform locally, Haley realizes she must pursue her true passion: music. Meanwhile, Brooke vies for student council president but quickly realizes she is taking on more than she bargained for. Peyton and Jake's (recurring guest star Bryan Greenberg) friendship grows stronger.
