In the wake of Marlo's pregnancy bombshell (Ep. 512), a devastated Andy tries to process what this means for her future and the future she thought she'd have with Sam. Andy gets a welcome distraction and perspective-check when she meets Hayley, an out-of-control teenager who needs to be protected from her own conservative family, challenging Andy's vision of a perfect family. Meanwhile, Nick and Juliet's star-crossed romance starts to feel inevitable when they are sent on the road together on Juliet's first shift at 15 Division - if only she would see it that way.
