The Brawlers head off to Bakugan Valley looking for the 'Infinity Core'. During the search, they run into Billy and Komba (Julies childhood friends), who challenge them to a high stakes battle. Masquerade has recruited Billy and Komba to send the Brawlers' Bakugan to the Doom Dimension! Shun has to sacrifice a powerful Bakugan to save Gorem.
