Sam desperate to find his father's mistress is unaware that it was Katie and looks to her for help. As Katie spends more time getting to know Sam and less worrying about her secret, it seems there may be more to the two than a casual friendship. Trudi finds herself feeling like she is back in high school, when she and Richard's first date turns out painfully awkward. Siobhan feels guilty about sleeping with Dominic, but when Hari viciously reacts to being infertile, she finds herself driven back to her co-worker. The feelings between Jessica and Alex have gone from cold to hot and their flirtatious friendship is beginning to escalate, right before the wedding.
