The Leaf Village decides to choose representatives of their own for the Chunin Qualification Exam. Naruto Sasuke and Sakura are among those who are chosen to take the examination. But Iruka vehemently opposes the participation of Naruto and his team. He argues that the members are too young and lack the adequate level of experience and skills for the challenge. There are rookie teams in the test that already passed it once before and refined their skills since then. Iruka understands very well that passing the test will not be easy for the three. He questions Kakashi who recommended the three for the test if he is willing to jeopardize the young ninja’ potential while they are still not ready for the test. But Kakashi believes clearly that they have grown and are more than ready.
