Mike Napoli drove in two runs, hitting a home run in the fourth inning, and Jason Kipnis added another long ball as the Indians topped the Blue Jays in Game 3 of the ALCS, taking a commanding 3-0 lead in the series. The Indians' bullpen came up big after starter Trevor Bauer left in the first inning after blood began to drip from his lacerated right pinkie. Six Cleveland relievers combined to allow two runs over 8 1/3 innings. Michael Saunders hit a home run for the Jays, who saw Marcus Stroman allow four runs in 5 1/3 innings.
