When Andy is forced to ride with Swarek’s new girlfriend, Officer Marlo Cruz, they butt heads over different approaches to the job. But when they come face-to-face with an out-of-control EDP [Emotionally Disturbed Person], their differences are put to the test and one of them has to pull the trigger. Meanwhile, the rest of 15 Division is on the hunt for an armed burglar after a string of ATM robberies. Dov is forced to work with new rookie, Chloe Price, after having hooked up with her at Frank and Noelle’s engagement party. Together they track down the burglar, but Dov is wary of his new partner and her methods. Andy and Dov are both out to prove their history within 15 Division, but realize that there’s value in having a fresh perspective while on the job.
