Isis gets her hands on the Pied Piper's flutes and takes control not only of Metropolis' rats, but of Krypto and Bat Hound too. Stretch-O-Mutt must come to the rescue when Mechanikat bathes the Earth in red light, causing Krypto and Streaky to lose their powers.
