When "Cops" comes on, everybody notices it's the Camden County episode they were all featured in. Earl (Jason Lee), Randy (Ethan Suplee), Joy (Jaime Pressly), Darnell (Eddie Steeples), Patty the Daytime Hooker (Dale Dickey) and other Camden County residents relive that one eventful day when they all had a brush with the law - on television.
