There’s a toy sailboat race on Saturday and Mr. Turtle convinces Franklin that his old sailboat can be repaired before the competition. Franklin gets impatient and decides to buy a new sailboat. He soon finds out that newer isn’t always better. / Franklin stumbles upon a gift that was hidden for Bear’s upcoming birthday. After accidentally telling Bear what it is, Franklin goes to great lengths to ensure his best friend will still have a birthday full of surprises.
