The 1993 Dallas Cowboys became the first team to begin the season 0-2 and continue on to win the Super Bowl. The Cowboys did not start off strong against the Buffalo Bills, trailing 16-6 at the half. Just a few seconds into the third period, James Washington recovered a Bills fumble and ran for a touchdown to tie the game 13-13. Emmit Smith, the game's Most Valuable Player, rushed for 132 yards and scored two more touchdowns in the second half of the game to lead the Cowboys to their second consecutive NFL title.
