The only one who senses something is afoot is Hildur, but she is cut down by Rufus' tyrannical strategy. Torstein Hund pays Arvid a visit with what he believes is a threat from Jarl Varg, and Orm inflicts vengeance on the slaves for leaving him out of the Friday mead.
