Brilliant space explorer Colonel Alec Barham is about to die of a fatal disease. As part of a scientific project developed by Dr. Rahm and despite the protests of Mrs. Barham and army psychologist Colonel McKinnon Barham consents to having his brain transplanted in computer-like mechanical man. This advanced robot will man space flights never before undertaken. The transplant is successful.
