Troy Tulowitzki got Toronto on the board with a two-run homer in the second, before Kevin Pillar, Ezequiel Carrera and Edwin Encarnacion took Yu Darvish deep three times in the fifth inning of Game 2 of the ALDS. Blue Jays starter J.A. Happ walked a tightrope early, stranding six runners in the first three innings, before the Rangers broke through in the fourth on Ian Desmond's single. Texas pulled within two in the eighth, but Roberto Osuna completed a five-out save.
