Cher is the rich girl in town – she even lives in a castle with armored knight statues outside the front door! – and the parties she throws are legendary. Three years later, people are still talking about her Bat Mitzvah and Cher knows she has to top everything her friends have ever seen and blow everyone out of the water with her Mardi Gras-themed Sweet 16. She decides to hand out her invitations on horseback, wants to design two dresses she hopes will wow all of her guests and plans to arrive at the party on a Mardi Gras float. The trouble is, Cher has spent the entire summer on a teen tour and has just two weeks to pull all of these elaborate details together. With everyone's expectations so high, is it possible for this 15 year old to top every other party her friends have been to or will Cher's dream party turn into her ultimate nightmare?
