Charlie and Itchy meet up with David a kid who'll spend his birthday in school. Charlie thinks it's awful and together with Itchy decide to break David out of class to give him the best birthday ever. Our guys smuggle David out of study hall (a dummy replaces him at his desk) and they all proceed to have a wonderful day in the city. But time catches them off guard and they find themselves way across town with only minutes to sneak David back into school! A wild race ensues and finally David slips back into study hall -- and just in time because his classmates surprise him with a birthday party.
