Charlie's laziness ruins a party when he relies on futuristic gadgets to avoid work. One gadget puts Charlie to sleep for two hundred years and he awakes in a future where dogs are oppressed by a mysterious tyrant the Great Deliverer. Charlie joins a resistance group to overthrow the tyrant but will his laziness get in the way?
