Silvester is an excellent tailor – he creates only master – pieces. However, when his sister, Vivian, is caught by her incessant hiccup, the whole surroundings are shaking. Silvester’s profession is in danger. Professor Balthazar solves ingeniously this case too - and Balthazar-City gets a new singing locomotive.
