This time around, the recruits will be training in Wales, the home of British Special Forces Selection, and will endure the harsh reality of ocean warfare. It's the fourth week of challenges for the recruits where they undergo a search-and-rescue course, crawl along a rope suspended over a canyon to compete in a battle of strength, face a grueling three-stage endurance test in the mountainous terrain, and a brakeman rope challenge.
