Nicaragua has had its share of hardships, but its people are resilient and resourceful, and it shows in the food they eat. Andrew visits this tropical island nation to get a taste of some of its unusual local fare. His first stop is the town of Masaya where each night the locals turn the town center into an open air restaurant that serves traditional Nicaraguan foods like chunfina (made from pig stomach) and iguana eggs.
