Charlie the Penguin makes the visitors to the Zoo laugh with his original dances, and he is a great favourite of theirs. But all the same he is very sad: he can’t fly.... Professor Balthazar invents a Flying Hat for him. When he puts it on Charlie can fly as high as any bird.
