Growing up in New York City, Andrew learned a lot about the unique flavors that make up Puerto Rican cuisine, but now he's going straight to the source to get a real taste of the island's best dishes. Traveling from bakeries to local markets, Andrew delights in some local favorites, savoring ceti, a tiny transparent fish, pig feet stew and a host of exotic flavored ice cream like salt cod fish, corn and garlic.
